The agreement was formalised during a signing ceremony held at Fairmont The Palm, Dubai, marking a significant step forward in bringing one of the UAE’s most anticipated luxury projects to market.

Palazzo Tissoli, a collaboration between Tissoli and iconic Italian design house Pininfarina, is set to deliver an ultra-premium residential experience on Ras Al Khaimah’s rapidly evolving Al Marjan Island. With its distinctive Italian design, fully furnished residences, and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the development aims to redefine high-end coastal living in the emirate.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both companies, including Pooja Rathore, Chief Operating Officer of Tissoli, and Umar Bin Farooq, Founder and CEO of One Broker Group.

“We are delighted to partner with One Broker Group as the exclusive sales agent for Palazzo Tissoli,” said Pooja Rathore. “Their deep market expertise, client network, and proven track record in luxury real estate make them the ideal partner to represent a development of this calibre.”

Umar Bin Farooq echoed the sentiment, stating, “Palazzo Tissoli is unlike anything currently available in Ras Al Khaimah. This project brings together Italian design excellence, unmatched location, and a unique investment opportunity. We are proud to bring this vision to life and deliver it to discerning buyers across the region and beyond.”

Strategically located near Al Marjan Island’s upcoming gaming, hospitality, and entertainment zones, Palazzo Tissoli is positioned to benefit from Ras Al Khaimah’s growing profile as a global tourism and investment destination. With demand for premium island properties on the rise, the development is expected to draw strong interest from both regional and international buyers.
